When you read my letter yesterday about Six-Pack Abs, were thinking it was probably a bunch of crap?
If so, you’re not alone.
Here’s a letter from the Six-Pack Abs site I thought you should see…
“When I met Mike 2 years ago, I was at a training conference and doing some networking with other trainers. Mike and I started talking and eventually his book was mentioned “The Truth about Six Pack Abs”. I really had to bite my tongue. I immediately started thinking to myself what a bunch of crap it must be. I am usually not a negative person, but in this instance I was extremely.
Man, was I ever wrong! Within five minutes of talking with Mike, I realized how bright he was and that he was truly an authority on getting a six pack.
If you are looking to get rid of some excess body fat and get in the best shape of your life, Mike’s book is a must read. I sincerely mean that.
He covers everything and then some. Mike is absolutely cutting edge in the health and fitness industry. If you want to learn exactly how to eat and train to get the results you are looking for, his book is what you need. He is so confident in that fact, he guarantees it…If you hate the book (which you won’t), he will give you a refund.”

Quite a few people ordered “The Truth About Six-Pack Abs” yesterday.
Others weren’t so sure, and they sent me their questions, which I’ll share with you here…
Q. “Six Pack Abs is all about doing ab exercises, right? I already know all about that, I do ab exercises everyday, and I still have a fat gut. How is this different?”
A. Traditional ab exercises will NOT get rid of fat around your mid-section, no matter how many of them you do.
Ab exercises are meant to “isolate” the ab muscles, Muscle isolation is probably one of the dumbest myths the workout industry has sold to the public.
Why would you want to risk injury by working just ONE muscle, when you can effectively work your entire body, burning fat and revving your metabolism?
With Six Pack Abs, the main focus is NOT on abdominal exercises. In fact, this program consistently gets BETTER results by NOT focusing on ab exercises!
And there’s no need to do hours of boring cardio.
Nor do you need to starve yourself.
If what you’ve been doing ISN’T working, you need Six Pack Abs.
Q. “After I buy Six-Pack Abs, am I going to be told to buy expensive supplements or diet pills?”
A. No! Don’t waste your money on that crap. When you eat the right way, and exercise the right way, most people don’t need supplements.
And diet pills are worthless. You’re better off flushing your money down the toilet than taking some concoction whose sole purpose is to make the diet industry billions while you just get more and more frustrated.
Q. “Is this a low carb/no fat/starvation diet?”
A. NO. None of those things make sense when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off.
With Six-Pack Abs, you’ll be surprised at how much you can eat, what you can eat, and how often you can eat.
Odds are you’ll never feel deprived or hungry again.
Q. “I’m old and seriously overweight. Can I do this?”
A. This program was designed with beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of progressions.
Even the most out of shape individuals will usually be able to do most of the advanced exercises with lighter weights, no weights or slower movements.
And if you are so out of shape that you can’t do any of the exercises (which is highly unlikely) most readers have been helped immensely by the nutrition section of the book.
Many people have said they discovered dozens of things they were doing wrong with their dietary habits, and making the changes had an almost immediate and profoundly positive effect on their lives.
Q. “Do I need to buy equipment or join a gym?”
A. In the beginning you can get good results simply by using the weight of your own body in the exercises.
When you’re ready to step it up a notch, dumbbells and barbells with give you more options. You might also consider buying a stability ball and a medicine ball at that time, too.
Q. “How much time should I devote to the program to get good results?”
A. Plan on 30 to 50 minutes per day, 3-4 days per week.
And don’t think this is time you’ll be “losing” every week.
You’ll actually be GAINING much more time than you invest in your workouts, since you’ll feel better, have more energy, and be able to get more done during the rest of your day.
Remember a time when you had tremendous energy?
That’s what you’ll begin to experience shortly after starting the Six-Pack Abs program.

P.S. The difference between being in top physical shape…
…or feeling like a gelatinous blob of jelly…
…is so vast, it’s nearly indescribable.
Remember the T.V. commercial where people felt like weak helpless little lambs or strong vivacious lions?
Which do you want to be, the weak little lamb just trying to make it through the day without getting mauled by life?
Or the strong vivacious lion (or lioness) who prowls through his/her world with purpose, confidence, vitality and boundless energy?
It doesn’t matter what kind of shape you’re in right now, or even how old you are.
What matters is that you start, right here and now, to get into the best shape of your entire LIFE…
