Perhaps one of the hardest things I have to contend with affiliate marketing is the fact that I really cannot understand what is going on half the time. Additional provisions of the act ban misleading header and subject information. This way the receiver can actually see who initiated the email and what the contents of the email are. Falsifying email addresses to create spam is a violation of this act. Also, a valid postal address must be included as part of the so-called spam message.

These are just some of the provisions of the CAN-SPAM act. It may seem that there is no way out of all these spam messages but with this act, you will be able to report violation to the respective agency handling this concern. Once a violation is reported, the agency will then take the necessary legal actions against the sender.

This act is a very good way of protecting consumers in the event of automatic opt-in because they now have the choice to opt-out of spam emails. To aid the agency in promulgating this act, everyone is invited to report spammers and even has a reward system for doing so. Now, you don’t have to worry about spam messages since there is a way out of them – just simply opt-out to remove your email address from their email list. But if this does not work and they continue to send you spam messages then it’s probably time to report them for violating the CAN-SPAM act of 2003.

Suddenly housebound: that is primarily the reason why I decided to try affiliate marketing all of the sudden. There were so many promises from so many affiliate programs, and all of them sounded wonderful. But my main problem was how to get started. It did take me a long while before I landed with this program called Affiliate Cash Secrets (ACS) – and I mean a long time (4 years) while. I must admit that I subscribed to several other programs first. I’m sure that like most everyone who was suddenly “inspired” by the idea of making cash by simply becoming an affiliate, things did not actually go as smoothly as I hoped it to be. So when I finally (quite literally) stumbled on ACS, I still had a few reservations about going full time.

Fortunately for me, ACS turned out to be both a superb program and learning tool for me. For beginners and pros alike, there is this one note that should be considered – and probably the best and most honest one you could get out of all these affiliate programs available in the World Wide Web – that ACS is not promising you millions overnight. Like all business ventures really worth investing in, this program will and has to take time. There are no promises of hocus-pocus maneuvers, and certainly no hidden card tricks to fool other consumers in the virtual market. In short, this is a program that is guaranteed to earn you an honest day’s pay once you have set it up.

Also, this is not a fad program, and this is not like so many other affiliate software programs I have encountered over the Web. I have noticed that some of those programs are no longer serviceable after six months of initial success. Simply put, these programs lost out to the fast, almost continuous evolutionary changes that happen to the World Wide Web.  ACS is not based on whatever “trick” (to be more precise: glitch) that can be exploited off the Web 2.0 technology.
